By the numbers. I looked at a tesla forum and saw user reports of 2.97 to 3.45 miles per kWH. So I would assume a 10kwh battery would give 30 to 35 miles.

That is from <1 to 2 gallons of gas. A very very limited useful range. And what is the cost of said battery exchange? What is the cost per square foot cost of commercial real estate to house batteries and charging equipment? What is the cost of a 20 megawatt power station and what is the operating cost of producing 20 megawatts.?

I do not see that as any where near wantable and no cost advantage.

With Peak Roads and Google, Qualcomm, Apple, etc making auto-drive Uber cars, the number of cars around cities will dwindle to a fraction of what there now are. Traffic jams will evaporate. Traffic lights will be obsolete.
I only see your analysis a pie in the sky. I also do not see a path of technology making it much better in the future.

Nanobots and/or biotech creating hydrocarbons directly from sunlight and biomass and/or fuel cells that use a hydrocarbon fuel. Or engines the run on the created hydrocarbons. But there are still decade of fossil fuels that will work as is now and the CO2 will make making biomass even more efficient.
