EDIT: AMD flip size queue default for certain games may actually be higher than 3 for all we know. In the registry, it says it is 0, but that is impossible, the lowest possible is 1, all 0 means is default (whatever that is), AMD never tells you, they keep things hidden, NVidia is more straight forward, all apps have default of 3, but you can increase it or decrease it
