I am trying to create a new XBI sheet using Google Sheets (much harder than I thought because of the no info days of FDA meetings which throws off the alignment and forces one to use VLOOKUP with every argument filled in - ok on an Excel Sheet but with data pulled from Web, yikes). Anyway, I am working on my VWAP from high for all components replacing daily average price with closing price as the average instead of average of OHLC - not too big a difference in testing. First step is to get 2015/2016 highs since that is data I am working with. I thought I would share with everyone the date of the highs for the 87 XBI components. As are reminder, the biotech indices hit their highs in July. Market indices breadth fell apart starting in March/April/May. You can see it here. Transaction-involved EBS and BXLT are the two May 2016 entries. INO, FPRX and LGND are the April entries.

One of the other transaction-related stocks, MDVN, interestingly, is one of the March 2015 entries - why they became a target as most buyers and sellers focus on 12 month highs as benchmarks - buyer can take advantage this to low-ball. MDVN in this case is not playing ball.

UNFRICKINBELIEVABLE - paste valued expressions keep formulaic references somehow. I had to convert to a picture.
