simple solution. If you don't like dealing with enraged customers who've spent hard earned money on apple products and are so pissed off they need to vent... get rid of the customers. Problem solved. I used to have to take shit from customers while the guys who caused the problem's were enjoying themselves in the backroom or at the corporate level nice restaurants. They too solved that problem by getting rid of the customers.
