OK, but then you were confusing 14nm vs 28nm? Or are you calling their 14nm a "hybrid" 28nm? One could call it hybrid 20nm as some have. I agree that GF has taken quite awhile to get 14nm shipping, because AFAIK, these are the first 14nm shipping parts to make it out of GF. Meanwhile Samsung who they copied the process from has been shipping for well over a year now.
