Thnaks for your response. You have done a wonderful job on that introduction to VVUS on the first post.

Regarding VVUS and HVSF: HVSF had made the information about their law suit public through an 8K filing. Where did you learn about the counterclaim by VVUS. I could not find any officail but publically available information about this. Could you please refer me to the source of this information.
