What about the role of the other powers in the world that pushed the US into this madness ? Like Stalin killing 10 of mill of his peasants and Mao starving 30 mill .

Suddenly China has discovered that creating jobs and wealth is not all bad and Russia tore itself apart . Yet both of them threatened and harassed the US to drive them crazy .
