semis are semis...people will design products that are desired...your not going to fit a 35 watt apu in a cell phone! there is a real problem with scaling frequencies as you shrink and i cant see getting everything in a cell phone footprint. , it will level off but albeit at maybe half the current sales of computers. computers will just get smaller but more powerful with more expandibility than a cell phone.
