Second answer: I have no clue... LOL!!!

I've been thinking about it... all I know is that my model gave me a buy signal, so I took it, nothing spectacular, it could fail or this market could rally... how this market could rally with higher rates remains a clueless mystery... who knows, maybe it could... we'll see in due time...
