I'm not a scholar on Yemen but I thought it was the Houthis sp? that really revved things up there? I don't think ANYBODY should use or supply cluster bombs. The Saudis should have taken care of Yemen themselves (without cluster bombs) long ago. The Saudis have really screwed up with their support of Sunni insurgent groups. They don't seem to realize that those insurgent groups want to get rid of THEM too. I do believe that the Houthis are armed, trained and supported by Iran though.
