Probably need a flattened yield curve and much higher gas prices unless we get some major external shock. Party on longest peacetime recovery in history.. EJ says keep it going to avoid deflationary depression. Wondering if this feels like we are on the edge of a deflationary depression for those who earn good coin in LA but squeezed by skyrocketing costs of living in a liberal utopia unable to benefit from housing bubble 3.0 in the area, their only hope of staying ahead of the game of charades..
