Why not sell Feb 98 120;)? Cause nobody buys it? So why would they buy 90s (you did not mention the due date) ? IOW what would you fetch? IOW what do WE KNOW?

There's a certain, non-negligible risk down the road. Like in any case of writing covered calls.

My suggestion? Do your homework - ie math and graphs -. And let us know how you did.
