4.7% unemployment is considered full employment, if you have stopped looking you are assumed to not need a job. And there are plenty of job openings, around here at least..... That shit is a straw man being touted by the R's to fool their high school dropout constituents that it's a lie......god forbid that they would read for them selves and that includes you. The 4.7% is calculated the same way it's been done for many decades...
