Mike, which companies have you worked for? Your credentials only mention that you change too frequently to list. What's the name of that Interpreted C-Structure type language that B-Tree used? It sounds like you were involved in the actual project, why didn't you spend the time to convert the system to C if it was so similar? And finally, why is B-Tree's product relevant to this thread? Whether it works well or not, it doesn't compete with TPRO's offering. It reads like you got some old gripes with B-Tree and you are using this thread to vent. I'm sorry they selected the secretaries work over yours. That must have been humiliating considering you were supposed to be the professional. Maybe you are just displacing your aggression and you feel you found some listening ears on this thread. I don't know really, but help for people in your situation does exist. If your interested in getting some good counseling, talk to your current HR people and they probably could help you out. Switching jobs often is not healthy and many have needed help in your situation, nothing to be ashamed of. Take care and I hope everything works out for you. Jack Zahran
