They are working overtime to get it institutionalized while no one gives a damn. And they'll probably do it. It'll be like idiotic Ag Subsidies and giving Chrysler $375,000 per pickup truck to build 140 plug-in electrics, Cars For Clunkers, and about every other stupid program you can come up with. It is just there, and cannot be removed.

Until the money runs out. God I wish I would still be around for that day to watch these idiots.
