Haven't you heard? It was right-wing Dallas residents' fault for creating an environment hostile to Kennedy which spurred a Communist to assassinate him.
I'm watching the Tom Hanks produced series, "The 60s" Watched the segment on the Kennedy assassination and the aftermath with the Warren Commission. A lot of the film clips brought back memories. I recall watching live TV with my parents as a kid when Ruby shot Oswald in the basement of the City building.

That assassination did in Vaughn Meader's career.
