Amazing how much home prices even in far out Greeley in the northeast end of front range have moved up from five years ago.. Saw 800-900 sf shacks that were 50-60k now are 150-175k and far above the previous peak.. Inventory of single family homes in many areas I've been checking all over the west, the NE, Atlanta and in FL are at just 1-2 months now..
