Since you seem to be most familiar with the way the game business is run, check out this article and see if you think that there can be a long term negative effect on the major game publishers. It seems like an idea that might ake a while to take hold, but might be attractive to the creatives if they can find funding. Problem is, once they have funding the angels will want some control and you're back where you started.IMHO.
