To run the Gov, I would pick some of the top experts on various departments from Cato. They know where the bodies are buried in them and would be of great assistance in closing most of these agencies down. Michael Milken would be my choice to head up our medical research. In a November 2004 cover article, Fortune magazine called him "The Man Who Changed Medicine" for changes in approach to funding and results that he initiated.
