You do know that there are two La Razas and what has he done that makes him a "Mexican nationalist" (what ever that is)?

He did require Fed protection when he went after a Mexican drug cartel as an American prosecutor and they threatened assassination.

And what are your examples of his "active support of Hillary Clinton"?

And do you want to contrast "appearance of impropriety" to that of Scalia and his acceptance of numerous free hunting trips etc with repug politicians and big donors? I don't remember any Democrat bringing up his Italian ethnicity.

Do you use the Judge's race or ethnicity if you have ever been near a court?
