Physicians Resource Group, Inc. Receives Class Action Lawsuits PR Newswire - December 30, 1997 16:26 PRG %HEA V%PRN P%PRN DALLAS, Dec. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Physicians Resource Group, Inc. (NYSE: PRG) stated that as of December 29, 1997, two class action lawsuits had been filed against the Company in addition to the previously reported suit on December 18, 1997. One class action lawsuit was filed on December 23, 1997, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of all purchasers of Company common stock during the period of September 15, 1997 to March 27, 1997, inclusive. The second class action lawsuit was filed on December 29, 1997, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of all purchasers of Company common stock between June 17, 1997 and November 19, 1997, inclusive. The Company has not reviewed the new allegations in detail but believes they are unmeritorious. The Company will file a copy of the complaints as part of a forthcoming Current Report on Form 8-K.
