bbc.com re SWIFT failure, I think the failure will happen like in 2008 when a bank went sour and the SWIFT system shut down for a couple days. I had USD in my account (company account) in Barclays in London and I could not access the funds as overnight trading was halted. Could not pay employees or suppliers from the proceeds of my gold sales. So this will be the trigger that gets blamed on hacking in my humble opinion.
