"that's exactly why we needed Bernie," If we needed Bernie, he would have turned out more primary voters than Obama '08 (and Hillary, of course) did. Right now, to do that, he needs about 6.5 million more votes from the 27% of Calif not yet counted. Just to play devil's advocate, he didn't bring new voters to the polls; he scared old ones away. "At least with Bernie there was/is a chance for the kids and their kids" I was for Bernie until he totally went off the rails, but I knew the entire time that many of his proposals make no sense, and that was B4 he revealed he didn't have a plan to break up the banks. The kids love him cuz he's gonna cancel their college loans, and make college free. Gandalf can't even make that happen.
