Yes, I agree with you. International money flows to the place of greatest return Negative rates are a brain-dead idea based on economic manipulation Can you believe even 0.25 is sought after...??? I suspect this flow into the USA will continue And so will the over-all economic weakness As corporations and banks hoard capital and buy back shares rather then invest
