So then if you chose to purchase this stock it will cost you a 1/16th
and if you give it up its not worth the ink on the paper. Could be
considered worthless by the I.R.S. standards. Next step is delisting.

Say J.P. How was your X-Mas? Were the stockings hung high in hopes
that St.Nick would stop by. Never owned a stock that was worthless
before. I guess owning penny stocks that end in " X " was not a good choice
in '97
