Good afternoon ole 494,
First of all, thankyou very much for posting the article from Barrons. It is very informative and every investor should read it! In regards to the financial agreement that was announced today, I have found out a number of aspects of the agreement.

1) This deal was NOT by an off-shore firm. Prudential brought a well known NY based firm to provide the financing. (The NY firm asked not to be named at this time)

2) The deal was closed a couple of days ago which makes the cost of the shares obtained from using the warrants ~$16.25/share. The firm has the right to purchase up to 150,000 such shares.

3) In regards to the potential dumping of the stock onto the market in an attempt to drive the stock price down, ALTIF has placed conditions on the firm in regards to the number of shares that they will be allowed to trade over a period of time. I CAN't STRESS THIS POINT ENOUGH. THE COMPANY IS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT OCCURED TO THE SHARE PRICE ~ 6 MONTHS AGO AND WANTS TO PROTECT SHAREHOLDER VALUE AT ALL COSTS.

The above information was obtained in a conversation that I had with Mr. Ed Dickerson(sp) who is Altair's CFO. If any individual has any questions regarding the financing agreement, they should talk to Ed themselves. He is more than willing to talk to us at anytime.

Sincerely,

Jas
