Just wondering if anyone has any idea how hard is it to join Fannie Mae's mortage lending program? I am currently in a otc/bb stock that was recently certified to join thier mortgage program. Is it hard to join the program and/or do Fannie Mae do a backgroud check of companies associated with them.
