I didn't say it was done BY an offshore firm, Dr. Singh, I said if it is a Reg S financing as I still suspect it is, it was SOLD to offshore dealers. At this point, Pru's handling through another NY firm is not comforting, and it wasn't when I read it in the PR.

Did you ask CFO specifically if it was a Reg S, yes or no? and what did he say?
