Rock 'n roll time at the old agbg today. Like 10% of the company changing hands in a nano-second.

I just read the statement regarding the re-valuation of assets today. It looks to me (based on a very brief analysis) that this little move will cost up to 40 - 50 cents in book value. (Again -that's a brief take - anyone out there willing to comment further is welcome). That, coupled with the stock price, has to be of concern to management if they want to keep the company listed. They may be entertaining a reverse split or other remedy which the street may not find too appealing. Who knows. However, it certainly did not have the look of a rumor or "inside information" leaking as it was done in one fell swoop (read: nanosecond). It quite possibly is a tax loss being taken and someone picking the stock up at or near bv.

I gotta do some more homework on this thing. I am finding it bizarre that a company that continues to at least eak out qtrly operating profit and has recent insider buying is getting creamed these days.
