More observations: VIX is up 40% in the last 3 days and 20% in last day. Historically, mkt has been down about today's level with 1 day VIX move like this 3x in last 30 years. SPY down pretty hard each time. With the 3 day moves, SPX historically up quite a bit. So mixed. Check out Adam Warner on twitter for 3 day move and Jason Goepfert for 1 day. Btw historical losses with this kind of 3 day move in VIX usually down 5%. REACTION OUT OF WHACK. bloom.bg LT buy signal triggered. Jon
