That only means it's not factored into the price yet, right?

When it is obvious that INTC and LU are big threats to COMS the price will have to be
adjusted downward.

That would be true. INTC and LU still need to become a threat first. They could acquire COMS as a simple solution to becoming a threat<VBG>
