Hello Fishman.....What you are watching is a classic "Box Job" on WSP. $1.06 to $1.14 Up and Down and back up. Take into account the fact that "Paper" is being shuffled like a Friday night poker game. Serious offers are being eaten up by the nickel flippers. This baby is set for a breakout to the $1.40 - $1.60 range soon. "CANACOORS" is crossing this puppy with everyone. Notice how every day a new house takes a stab at accumulation! My guess is that inside money is coming in at these levels under the cover of "CANACOORS"! Fixer
