Follow the thread backwards. I don't feel like repeating myself.

It's really insulting, especially in this day and age, to go right up to someone and say, "I don't know if I can support you because you're [a woman/black/Asian/gay/Muslim/etc.]"

It's also extremely audacious to say that to someone as powerful and famous (infamous?) as Hillary Clinton.

You really think bigots would just come out and politely admit their prejudice directly to the people they are prejudiced against? That's hard to believe. Usually such in-your-face declarations are meant to provoke, especially in uncontrolled situations like protests.

But it is easy to believe that Hillary would make that up, especially given her penchant for lying, and especially given her record of pandering to those who are easily duped by the "woman card."
