Did you guys ever read #674?
For months now the illfamous UMSI trio and Select( which firm Mr.Cole introduced to the boyz)sliced away the value of our stock,wittling it down to next to nothing.
Now,our group has been fortunate to have a seasoned attorney in our midst,who could have suggested an early plan of action,because Mr. Skaar, as a practicing lawman knows more ins and outs of the various laws protecting stockholders from such shenannigans,than the rest of us.Or if he does not, he could
have recommended a suitable party.
I was even willing to contribute towards costs, just to nail
these stooges,but since it appears you fellows are more concerned about football, I do not think we have a chance. There
is not enough spunk in our ng to kick the right ass.
By the way: on November 12th at 3.46 pm Tom Kosta
emailed me that he just finished talks with Mike Baker
and if I were interested in the results,to contact him.
I asked him by return to please put this update in an email.
I never heard from Kosta again.So HG, if you do get to
speak to TC,you may ask him why he did not put us in the
picture,when we still could have gotten out around a $1.-
like other UMSI officers did.
