I think it's just a step of several steps to take control of the situation. Can also be a starting point. Sounds better than Hillary O opening the floodgates to thousands of jihadists who have already said they are coming to get us. Right now we are wide open. Maybe you have a better idea. Adopt some ME countries immigration policies? What's Japans take on Islamic immigrants?
