Volume in the 2x bear IBB product (BIS) is close to the 2x bull product. This appears to be EXTREMELY BEARISH. IBB appears to go up most when bull product is 3-4 or higher x the bear product. This partly is just catching 2015/2016 in the under 2x camp vs. the bull mkt where you had 4-30x. Jon
