After the September 11 attacks, President Bush signed Public Law 107-40... Congress authorized the president “to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001.” Recall Dubya's dead or alive statement with reference to Osama Bin Ladin... Looking back, IT's unfortunate that he wasn't killed during his administration... Now the country's dealing with heightened risk of ISIS... Why shouldn't Mr. Trump be concerned, but the media continues to take his words out of context.... M
