AGM votes TORONTO, ON --(Marketwired - June 16, 2016) - Verde Potash (TSX: "NPK") ("Verde" or the "Company") held its Annual and Special Meeting ("ASM") of shareholders on Wednesday June 15, 2016 in Toronto, Canada and is pleased to announce that's its shareholders approved all items put before them. At the ASM, all director nominees were elected as directors of the Company. In addition, shareholders adopted the Directors' Report, the Audited Statement of Accounts and the Auditors' Report for the year ended December 31, 2015 and appointed BDO LLP as auditors of the Company to hold office until the next annual meeting. Shareholders also approved the Company's proposed name change to Verde AgriTech plc. Additional information will be released once the name change is finalized.
