Reservoir Minerals (RMC-V) and Nevsun Resources (NSU-T) June 16, '16 are pleased to announce that Nevsun and Reservoir have agreed to increase the consideration to be paid to holders of Reservoir's common shares by adding a cash payment of $C2.00 per Reservoir Share. Nevsun and Reservoir believe that the additional consideration will be favorably received by Reservoir shareholders. Nevsun and Reservoir have effected this change by amending the previously announced statutory plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") to increase the consideration to be paid to holders of Reservoir's common shares ("Reservoir Shares") by approximately US$75 million.
