Figured that is what you are talking about. You mean the one described as a " classic of the genre of output by white nationalist academic racists". You do know the author is a well-known white supremacist? He argues he isn't. Claims to be a white separatist instead. But that is just arguing semantics. Either way, he is a bigot.
