We are heading for a political singularity. Not just in this country, but globally. If the existing political parties survive, it will be in name only. There is a lot on the table. If it were just politics, I'd say the oligarchs will run the table and we are headed for a modern version of feudalism. The joker in the deck is that technology is fixing to kick the traces over. This happened in the 1980s when the PC killed off middle management and restructured the way businesses operated.
