JPS & all victims: For a new guy on the thread, you sure caught on fast. I agree with your "higher power" appeal to the SEC. If there is a verifiable history of lies, a formal complaint should be filed. I would have preferred written & signed lies to the office visit & telephone type. But who knows. Make a stink - see what shakes. Wally
