Hard Disk Drive (HDD) Manufacturer Wisdom ... "I have found that people become fans of the company that DID NOT manufacture the last drive that died on them. For many years I would not buy drives besides, IBM. Everything else was junk, until one died. Then it was Maxtor that made the best, until one died, Then Seagate, etc... Currently, I will swear on the Bible that Western Digital makes the best drives around. Ask me again in a week or two ..."
