PRDM was founded by some of the same people who started IDTI. Guess it figures that family problems can result in litigation. Haven't been following PRDM, but it sounds like they will be relatively independent of things like industry book to bill ratio. And their markets, as mentioned earlier, appear to be very strong. Take a long term view and you'll end up smiling.
