GIT-V Gitennes acquires additional property in the Barkerville Gold Belt VANCOUVER, June 20, 2016 /CNW/ - Gitennes Exploration Inc. (TSXV – GIT) has acquired additional mining claims through staking in the northern part of the Barkerville Gold Belt. The new property is adjacent to the property Gitennes acquired through staking and announced on June 3. As announced in the Company's June 3 news release the Barkerville Gold Belt has seen renewed interest in the last few years and Gitennes' property is located in an area that has seen substantial recent staking activity. The Property is accessible by all-weather highways and by secondary roads leading east from Highway 97 and is subject to a 2% NSR on all hard rock mineral products. Gitennes plans on completing additional evaluations and logistical work on its northern Barkerville Gold Belt Properties followed by geological mapping, soil sampling and geophysics.
