Hi debt free, The announcement for a 250 million in convertible debt is slapping the stock today. Not sure what the terms are but I think TJ will start showing better earnings in Q3, as they think the inventory will be sold off and the fabs can bump up their utilization rates. Wonder what the conversion price is? Bob
