John Reed Stark makes internet announcements of official SEC actions, in addition to looking at internet fraud. The trading halt was enacted because there are some very serious unanswered questions about what the company has filed.

The SEC doesn't halt trading for no reason. They are not there to provide illiquidity to investors.

And Breton's statement in response to the halt that he "had no idea" is simply preposterous.

It was reported here that Morgan and Breton spent a day with the SEC some time ago. My response then was, and still remains, people don't just drop in on the SEC to say hello. They are usually command performances.
