Thanks for the update. Did you say the company also told you the money was definitely there? All $5 million of it?

The SEC already has the company's financials, and they have a problem with the assets in them, probably including the recently filed 8-K, where we know there is a highly questinable asset (the one which would get them to the AMEX).
