Mr. P:
What is book value? Why do some companies sell for many times book value? What is a distribution network worth? What are sales offices worth? What is a stream of income, based on sale of a product worth, putting aside the "value" of the product? ACRT is a growing company with a new, to the U.S., method of collecting receivables. Have you ever seen a product that appears to be elemental, that works and that has value, that you have not seen before? Perhaps that is what ACRT has to offer to the marketplace.
That is not to say that the bubble may not burst at any time. I asked that question a long time ago. I watch my money carefully. I was in ACRT at 2 1/2 then out, then back in at 7 or so, then out at around 21, then back in around 21. Saw stock hit 30, not nimble enough to take profits or add when touched in the teens with recent volatility. I also am not trying to be cheerleader. When the thread becomes full of cheerleaders, I will sell my position and say goodbye. However, I believe that U.S. financial stocks, of which ACRT is a part, will do well over the next year. Anyway, that is what I think until I change my mind.
