i don't think i made my point very clear; with this type of volume, the buyers certainly aren't individuals buying 10,000 shares blocks or less; With over 30 million shares traded, it seems some institution is buying in large quantity, hence the tight trading range.

and if this true, who's buying?? One of these brokeragres that just downgraded VVUS?
